How long does it take for a design to be completed?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind I will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to me by the client.

Do I have to sign any contract /  pay any deposit ?
No need to sign a contract. Payment terms is 50% on job commencement and the balance on job completion.

How do I pay you ?
I’ll send you an invoice with my payment details. You can bank in to CIMB or mail me the cheque.  Good news…I’m now accepting Credit Card :)

Do you have to meet up with your clients ?
Yes… but mostly communicate using email,Google Talk,Skype or phone.

Can I update the website myself ?
Yes, if I develop your website using open source CMS. For certain pages like the ‘Latest News’ section, I could install plugin whereby you can update that page whenever you want. But usually, you could just email me and send me the stuff you want to update to and I will do it for you. You could also sign up for my attractive maintenance package. No worries…Small updates is FREE

Do you do e-commerce websites?
